I am 25 years old male unmarried and my weight is 52. I want to be more healthy. I take my all meals on time with full nutrition foods. Except three meals. I don't take any other snacks I don't feel appetite. Should I start junk food or take any appetiser syrup or any mass gainer product. Please help me to increase my weight.
