I am on telsite 40 which is for my BP. Can I take tfil20 once a week along with it or skip Bp medicine for a day when tfil is being taken.

It would be wise to continue taking the current medicine and go for regular health check up along with frequent BP monitoring. Let your doctor decide whether you require any change in medication / or the dosage of the current medicine needs to be changed. Please focus on healthy diet while avoiding junk food beverages. If you exercise every day ( to maintain fitness and ideal weight ) and learn some relaxation techniques then over the long run you may require less dosage of BP medicine.
