Hello sir/madam. My father (age 55) is suffering from unstable angina since last few months. And CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY was performed 2 days back. And report had following result left Main: Normal left anterior descending artery Mid 80% Lesion D1 70% Lesion Circumflex artery: Non Dominant Normal. OM1,OM2 normal. Right Coronary Artery :Dominant Proximal 100%CTO Impression: Unstable angina /CAD DVD (CTO RCA) Advice :PTCA +STENT TO LAD/D1/CABG so what should we choose ?angioplasty with stent or bypass surgery? Which will be better option? Thanking you in advance.

Unstable angina is never for months, only for days or week. For any opinion your patients Angio CD has to be reviewed. If you wish I will see it, Best wishes.
