I am 22 years old and I have been masturbating for 8 years. Now I am having frequent and slow urination problems. What kind of treatment should I follow?

These problems are unlikely to be due to masturbation. They might be related to urinary tract infection which is a very common condition. Drink plenty of water - more than 2-3 L per day and if still problems persist get a routine urine microscopy test and consult a urologist.
