I am diabetic and on insulin. While travelling, I take the insulin pen in the travel bag. It is about for 12 hours when the pen remain outside the refrigerator (in travel bag). Is it safe to inject the insulin after that?

insulin pens do not regular refrigeration. Only initially refrigeration is needed. Later these can kept at room temperature away from direct sunlight. So there will be no problem when you caryy around while travelling.
