Hi. I am 54, diabetic and hypertensive. For last month I am facing severe insomnia. Tried Zolfresh 10 mg, Ramitex 8 mg, zopicon 7.5 mg and Ativan 3 mg. No sleep at all in the night. Only Quetiapine 100 mg works. But can not take because I am diabetic. Can anyone suggest a better hypnotic that could make me sleep 7-8 hrs during the night time pls.
