You should consult an immunologist first as presence of anticardiolipin antibody can be secondary to an immunological condition known as systemic lupus erythematosus. Further workup to rule out this condition is required. Presence of anticardiolipin Antibodies can lead to complications at different different stages of pregnancy, hence the pregnancy should be well planned and requires close follow up by the immunologist too. You will require both Low dose aspirin (ecospirin) and Low molecular weight heparin (a blood thinner) in future pregnancies.
