One of my tooth (inscissor) was treated with root canal some 3 to 4 years ago and that tooth is paining too much now what should I do ?Should I take any painkiller.

Hello you should go for periapical rediograph first of that tooth to see that weather infection doesn't spreading to nearby tooth. Is there periapical cyst or granuloma not forming around tooth. Then you ask dentist to re open the tooth and clean the tooth properly. This will subside the pain mear taking pain killer will effect 3 to 4 hours only untill it will not reopen again.
