My mother is diagnosing with multiple myeloma and bone metastases. She had haemoglobin of 10.4 and m -protien spikes of 4.27 with gamma globulin of 4.47 before radiation therapy. She has gone with radiation therapy for 11 days and a dose of bisphosphonate 3 days ago. 1) Is her treatment is going in right direction? 2) which food is best for her.

She also needs chemotherapy /systemic therapy as myeloma is a systemic disease. Food should be normal home food with less oil and spices which makes it easily digestible. Give her synthetic feeds to cover up for calories in case her eating is inadequate.
