Hello mam/sir I'm 20 years old and due to excessive late night studies and less sleep my eyes got sunk into the sockets and my face become very very thin and I have lost body weight too. Which makes me look very old aged and ugly and it changes my body colour also .due to which I develop inferior complex and feeling tensed by looking at my face please suggest me some home made ways so that I can cure this and look as I was earlier .diet and facial exercises. It'll be very helpful for me Thanking you.
