I am a civil engineer and I have to work for at least 14 hour a day. I am diabetic too. So how is it possible to live a healthy life to control my diabetes as my work is too restless. My current sugar level is 275 fasting and 350 pp. It is not possible for me to leave my job because I am from a middle class family and I cannot afford it.
