Currently taking Zety 0.25 mg and Jovail 10 mg for anxiety and depression. I am under treatment from neuro psychiatrist since 2 years. But stopping/ skipping the tablets worsen my condition. I am addicted to the drug now and feel unsafe even if am under treatment by certified doctor. Kindly advice how can I cure without further taking pills or else suggest how long still I need to continue?

The medications when given for appropriate condition is not addiction. So dont worry about the usage under a qualified doctor, which you are doing now. Alcohol, sleeping pills, and pain killer s and opioids are classified as addictive drugs, not anti diabetics, anti hypertensives and psychiatric medications, which restores normal metabolism of the body. So your notion and definition of addiction is wrong and is spread by quacks and misinformed people. good luck.
