I have pimples and many acne scars on my face please suggest me some facewash or face gel .i m tired of that pimple .plz help me.

The treatment has to be continued for a few months otherwise the pimples would tend to return easily. Kindly do not self medicate without professional advice as that could further damage your skin. You could consider doing CO2 laser or Er: Yag laser sessions ; 5-6 sittings to improve the skin texture (upto 60-70%)over the scar. Sometimes the scars also have an underlying fibrous band for which subcision is also required otherwise laser will not give a proper result. The the cost depends on surface area of involvement.
