Dr. I have blood sugar around 150 in fasting and 190 after breakfast. My blood pressure always remains high around 150-100 and before 3 months my triglycerides were 1200 and cholesterol level was 309. I have pain in my chest from last 1 year and all the test reports were negative eg. Echo and stress thallium test etc. After consulting Dr. I am taking lipaglyn and rekha 40 and novastat 10 mg. Now my triglycerides are 168 and cholesterol is 150. Can I leave to take medicine now.

Probably yes. But you will require diet modification to reduce glucose content and reduce manufacture of triglycerides by the liver. Please discuss on phone if desired. Best wishes.
