Hi Dr. I started blinkered 2 mg tab today my fasting level 159 and pp 248 .I firstly take allopathic medicine in my 10 year diabetic period. Before I take Ayurveda treatment exercise and food control therapy. But my sugar level was up and moderate.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The blood glucose levels fasting and PP both are high. Need to be better controlled. I am unable to understand what do you mean by "I started blinkered 2 mg tab today" Please clarify the name of the ingredient or the correct name of the tablet. Secondly please understand when appropriate treatment is there blood glucose should be maintained as follows: Fasting < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. The so called ayurvedic drugs do not help in that aspect. A strict diet and exercise are also very important. Thanks.
