Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The mentioned blood glucose levels are fairly good. However, since there is no mention of either PP levels or HbA1c%, it is difficult to comment. Ideally fasting should be < 100 mg (as suggested by you), PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Since there is no mention about dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, weight and height, it is difficult to comment. Thanks.

hello sir , do walk daily and fix the meal timing .don't skip your meals. have small and frequent meals. take high fiber diet. take plenty of water. take plenty of fruits. avoid potatoes, fried foods, oily foods, junk foods, rice, pumpkin, sugar, sweet, glucose, egg yolk, gravy food.
