Today my fasting glucose is 210 and post meal glucose is 260 and hb a1c test is 9.6. Taking glynase mf from one week no previous meditation or diet plan. How can I reduce hb a1c level please advise on medication and diet plan age is 48 and have diabetic history both mom dad are diabetic.
