I had problems about sleeping at night back if I think anything then I used to think n think n think I can't stop if I didn't think about anything my mind used to say some songs and any film stories any my dreams of my aims by this my sleep has not been fulfilled for my health. please tell me what can I do with reasons!

At the moment, you should learn some relaxation exercises, and bring your focus to your breathing until you fall asleep. Try to slow down the pace, and breathe in and out deeply. You could also take assistance from some soothing relaxing music, while going to bed.
