My friend 27 year old height 5.7 feet. She has thyroid problem hypothyroidism. Please suggest me what she should eat, do for treatment of his disease naturally? Can hypothyroidism cure permanently?

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Hypothyroidism is a hormone deficiency disease, where thyroid gland is not secreting adequate quantity of thyroxine. In such situation only treatment is to supplement Thyroxine form outside. Otherwise there can be serious problems affecting multiple systems and organs. There is no natural way to treat. Also there is no special diet. Only soy beans and soy containing products should be avoided. Plus consume whole grain products. Avoid bakery items and products made from maida. Thanks.
