I am diabetic from last 20 years fasting sugar 225 pp285 from last year. Dr. Suggest start insulin but I do not want take it. I am walking daily minimum 5 k. M. Working at least 14 hours daily. Doctor not giving fitness cert. For operation Pl. Help me. Talegaon.
