I got inflammation in my right eye, in my blood test report mantoux test negative, chest x ray &' ct scan no tb found, but quantiferous tb gold positive, in one hospital they telling to take tb treatment but in other two hospital they telling not required. But last three month inflammation in my eye not reduced now it spread in left eye also, doctor prescribed for overdose 50 mg steroid now. Kindly suggest me I am so worried about my life.

From your write up I can see that most probably you are having uveitis both eyes (iridocyclitis or panuveitis) my suggestion is that please rule out systemic conditions which can cause this.

They might be prescribing you that dose of steroids based on your body weight. You need to take it to control the eye inflammation.
