I was diagnosed with cyst on ovaries last oct in 2017, was having severe hair fall. It has still not stopped. Recently I ran my test for thyroid: tsh is 2.17 and free t4 is 0.75 and free t3 is 2.55. As per report, due to low free t4 I am having hypothyroidism. What are your suggestions.

Low t4 with normal TSH suggests problem of pituitary gland function I.e. Central hypothyroidism. Need more details in the form of physical examination and investigations to confirm diagnosis and right treatment. Visit qualified endocrinologist (Doctor with DM or DNB training in endocrinology) in your city.
