Hello Ms. lybrate-user. I can try to understand the difficulties you are facing. Having said that I appreciate the fact that you have started with your treatment. Both Ciplar and Etizola Lite are good anxiolytic drugs and work well for a good number of patients. Having said that the dose of Ciplar that you are taking could be uptitrated after meeting your consultant. The discomfort in your chest could be precipitated by certain stressful situations and it would beehove you to make a note of these situations and write down the thoughts that you have been having during these moments of discomfort. With the help of your psychiatrist you can discuss some of these thoughts and see if you can modify them if they are anxiety or discomfort provoking. Hope you a speedy recovery. RegardsÂ

You should consult a psychiatrist first for proper medication and then you have to start some relaxation excercise for control your anxiety. There is some good relaxation script. Start with the simple deep breathing exercises. 30 min for morning and evening per day and at the time when your palpitations starts. Ok. Â

Sure you have clinical features of Anxiety which is a Universally seen emotional state, some people have a low threshold and experience it more ,if you are not showing improvement with the present medication you may require a revision, talk to your Psychiatrist who will evaluate you for the recent stressors and will counsel you. Have a consultation with a Physician who may evaluate you for Duspepsia and a ny cardiac lesion, continue present medication till revised by the psychiatrist. Â

Hi, You need a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to understand the root cause of problems. Once you understand you will certainly able to handle the problems. Sessions are required. You need to go to psychologist for the CBT counselling sessions. We don't prescribe medicine. Good luck. Â

Your description is suggestive of severe anxiety. Ciplar is only beneficial for a small group of clients. Etizola lite is supposed to be effective for anxiety, but the dose could be increased in consultation with your psychiatrist, and a change to a different class of anxiolytic could be considered if the maximum dose of Etizola lite remains ineffective. Also you should consider psychological treatment alongside medications. Â

Discomfort in the chest without any organic basis is commonly associated with heightened anxiety levels. It could be controlled with relaxation exercises as it brings down the anxiety. As you are already on medications, it would speed up the recovery. In addition, consulting a lizenced clinical psychologist and taking any cognitive behaviour therapies would help you as well. Your cognitions/thoughts leads to change in emotions and behaviour. Once the thoughts are corrected, it could stop the chain of events leading to increased anxiety. Â

Hi. It seems you are suffering with anxiety disorder, probably panic disorder which is a type of anxiety disorders. It's a common problem so you can visit any good psychiatrist in your vicinity. Ciplar and etizola both are good anti-anxiety but had you been visited a psychiatrist s/he could have prescribed anti-anxiety medicines which could help you better. Simultaneously I would also advise you to visit a clinical psychologist for relaxation training and behavior therapy. Best wishes. Â
