I delivered a baby boy post ivf with cesarian Section 4 years back but after that I had severe dryness in vagina, severe dysmenorrhea during menses with all symptoms like depression body ache etc .n even painful intercourse. Joints also remain painful with borderline osteoporosis.

You didn't take good care of yourself after ceasarean. Be happy, be positive, everything is going to be normalised. Review your daily routine. Eat proper nutritious food, do regular exercises, yoga n or pranayam. Visit your beauty parlour often. Talk to your friends have fun. Meet your relatives more often. Love yourself, then only you can love your spouse n child. Take symptomatic treatment for vaginal dryness (use v gel)
