Why doctors can not find out a permanent cure for diabetics. I read somewhere that fatty deposits over the pancreas and liver are main causes for their ill functioning and this results in high blood sugars for a diabetic, is this true?

No there is currently no cure There is no such thing as a permanent cure for diabetes. You can only manage it within normal range through diet control, regular exercise and lifestyle changes. Medication also may be necessary in most cases.
