Hello Doctor, Doctor advised me to take olkem trio 20, but that medicine is not available in market. Can I take Olmat 20?

They are not same. Your Dr. has prescribed 3 medicines, olmat is one. If your are starting BP medicine for first time, trio medicine may be too strong. Most Dr's start with one medicine, rarely with 2, starting with 3 is unusual.
