Hello sir I am 40 years lady. I am non diabetic and no thyroid. All Blood reports are normal except iron reading. My iron reading is 29.6. I am feeling weakness in legs and while walking I feel hard breath and left hand is becoming weak. But all cardiac tests are normal. Some nerves pain is also occurring in chest. Please suggest me solution.

Serum iron level in isolation is not so significant if your hemoglobin is in normal range. Never the less you should try to take lots of green vetables, fresh fruit, milk,and other eatables rich in iron as per your choice and preference.
