I am 22 years old and sometimes I feel like I have social anxiety. I fear from talking to new people, whenever I go out only one thought comes in my mind about how everyone is looking at me, judging me, I fear to make eye contact with any opposite gender. How can I overcome this?

Dear Lybrate User, First of all you must get diagnosed with a Psychologist whether it is Social anxiety or not. Second step would be to invest into yourself to overcome it. You can opt for either Regression therapy which will help you go to root of your issue of judgement. Or you can opt for Psychotherapy sessions. But therapeutic intervention Is necessary to overcome it. Divine Blessings.
