I have anxiety and feel restless as soon as I am alone or in my room or there is silence or when I try to sleep. I feel like jerking my body and breaking something with my hands. Sometimes anxiety pill also does not finish my anxiety. I can?t live without wanting to break something. What do I do and why is this happening to me.

This seems on the lines of OCD, obsessive compulsive disorder. Though I can't say for sure with the information you have given. Try to distract your mind when you are in such situations, engage in some activity, talk to someone or listen to music. See if that works. If not then seek help from a psychiatrist.

Try to monitor your thoughts which come in your mind when you start getting arrested by anxiety. Also see if something is trigging or contributing. You need to challenge your thoughts with logical and rational thoughts. You can also follow your hobbies and do what you enjoy. Try to distract your mind from automatic thoughts. This will not be easy but gradually you will be able to do that. Get yourself exposed to situations or place where you will have less anxiety and try to get out of it and once you will be able to do that then you can do this in a more but manageable anxious situations.
