Sir I am 50 years old female. I am having pain in my arms since last 7 days and pain from both the shoulders to the back side. It is painful to move the left hand backwards. I am having arthritis in the knees and taking medicines for that for last 3 years. Please suggest a remedy.

If you are having pain in bilateral arms along with shoulder most probably you might be having cervical spondylolysis. You need to improve your body posture for it along with use cervical pillow at night, avoid doing near vision work for too long take rest intermittent along with it take proper 8 hours sleep at night undisturbed without using phones or tv, apply hot water packs thrice daily and analgesic along with it pregabalin and methylcobalamine combination at night time as neurotonic.
