Consume, milk,kale, yogurt, Broccoli, watercress Cheese, Okra,cherries,� amla,� almonds & green veggies. Tk vit 'D'-fortified milk products, mushrooms, fish, eggs to absorb vit 'C' Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish your body. Take care.
