Hello Sir, My weight is 89 kg, height 5.6 ft, 33 years old married man. From last 4 months I was suffered from Hypertension. Max it was 150/100 but is lows now 130/80 (measured after taking morning medication). Please let me know is that medication will have to take lifetime. My current doctor prescribed me 2 medication one for morning (eritel AM) and 1 for evening (ciplar LA 40). My cholesterol is in control but my stomach is floated like pregnant women even without meal. In my relatives or friends they never have disease like hypertension in young age. Is weight is factor which leads hypertension? Why my weight increase suddenly and shaped my stomach like pregnant women? Is lack of sleep or non veg I preferred most? My sugar is also in control as well potassium too. Such a irritating swallow medication of hypertension at younger age. Suggest me.

You can probably reduce medicines and probably stop them later, but do this gradually under Drs guidance. Reduce sugar, jaggery alcohol, tobacco. Improve diet, for more details, I suggest you discuss your diet on phone. Best wishes,
