I am 24 years old female I am suffering from lower back pain and total body nerves pain I have gone through mri scan of spine and it concluded that I have socialization of L5 and diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 level indenting over anterior thecal sac causing B/L moderate lateral recess narrowing. No spinal canal narrowing Doctor prescribed me with re-xite plus tab and venlite cz for 1 month I have been using for 20 days but no result wat should I do which medicines I have to prefer.
