Enterogermina Oral suspension (5ml) is that good for five years old male child if they have little loose motion, child has some malaria fever.

It is a good pro biotic for loose motions, helps in viral and bacterial infections causing loose motions. But in bacterial infections one has treat the infection with antibiotics too, only enterogermina doesn't help. Just check if any medicines are causing motions, due to alteration of gut flora. You can give one ampoule at a time, twice in a day for 3-5 days.

As you said that he has a confirmed malaria fever with little loosemotions and hence I will suggest you to take proper anti malarial drugs and loosemotions to be controlled with intake of ors solution and diet only and it's better to avoid enterogermina suspension.

If child has confirmed malaria, this syrup will not cure that. It's good for intestinal infection.

Yes, it is fine for diarrhea, but, ensure malaria also get treated.
