What are the benefits of applying pressure on the centre of your palm.Please Suggest?

The centre of palm on the right and left hand are different according to reflexology. In the the right, it's liver and gall bladder area are present. So by pressing middle of the right hand will help in decreasing headaches, redness of eyes, bitter taste in mouth, dizziness, hiccups & mental disturbance. By pressing the middle of left palm's centre will decrease issues with stomach like hyperacidity, abdominal distention, vomiting, hunger issues, pain in the chest region etc.
