I am suffering from severe feet calcaneus pain on both my legs, had visited orthopedic and he had given me pain killer and than B complex capsules. But it's a waste and no improvement. Than I visited patanjali for ayurveda and they gave me ayurveda medicines and told me not to eat sour content food like tomato, lime and so on. I am still not getting what is the exact problem and why I am suffering from severe unbearable pain and how to treat it.
