My son is 3. 4 years old, as per doctor he have adhd. He is speech delayed. Can form 2-3 words sentences. He can convey whatever he wants but cannot do two way communication. Dr. recommended 1/4 th axepta tab every night. Is it safe to give him medicine at this age?
