First trimester because of nausea, vomiting, changing dislikes for certain food one may not be able to manage lot through food. General principles, high protein, all vitamins, minerals, Omega-3, Folic acid, DHA, Calcium. Iron and high calories later on. Nutritional supplements required. May take nutritional expert's advise for converting in practical food materials
