Dear Doctor, Im 25 years old. And planning to conceive since one month. I usually had regular periods throughout all the months! But now this month my period is delayed for 6 days. And im confused whether im pregnant or not? I feel tenderness in breasts and tiredness with little body pain too and sometimes little stomach cramps too! I was always regular on my periods and this is the first time period getting too many days delayed, that is 6 days! Will I be pregnant? Im so much excited to be pregnant but im afraid to check with pregnancy test! Please guide me!
