Grade I anterolisthesis of L5 over s1 vertebra is noted with pseudo diffuse disc bulge causing effacement of epidural fat and narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses with encroachment of bilateral neural foramina and compromising existing l5 nerve interarticularis of l5 vertebra. Secondly, lumar spondylosis with degenerative disc disease. Mild posterior disc bulge with annular tear at l2-l3 level causing flattening of posterior disc contour. Kindly advise of my MRI report.
