Sir, I am diabetic person for last 5 years. I am taking medicine Dipride M1 from starting of my problem. Till now my diabetes was under control with medicine. From last month it is control in fasting Max 105 mg/dl but PP is 200- 250 mg/dl. I have checked it three tines in a month but same value is coming. Please suggest me as best as possible.

Mr. lybrate-user Kant, Thanks for the query. From the given information it appears the PP glucose is high. It needs to be around 160 mg. What is the HbA1c%? Please check that. You have not mentioned the dosage of present tablet that is being taken. To control PP glucose rise, one needs to look at your diet and extent of exercise that is being done daily. If needed some additional drug may be added to reduce post prandial hyperglycemia. Thanks.
