Surgery is definitely advisable. Stone size is 13 mm. This can cause repeated irritation and in rare cases can lead to cancer. If the stone gets obstructed can cause severe pain and can become an emergency. Don't wait for this to happen especially if you are a diabetic. Surgery is always complete removal of the gallbladder.
