I would recommend higher doses of vertin up to 24 mg twice a day. Once symptoms subside you can reduce to 16 mg twice a day and the. 8 mg twice a day. Alternatively if sturgeon is suiting you take 25 mg thrice a day till your symptoms subside and gradually shift to vertin.

We have treated many such cases with Homoeopathy. You will gradually be able to stop all allopathic medecines in 3 months.
