Hi, I came to know I am having chicken pox. But from last 3 days I am having fever right after 6 pm (evening. Then I am taking paracetamol and it response to the medicine and till the bed time the fever comes to normal what could be reason behind that. I am on antiviral treatment zovirax 800 mg. Please help me.
