Hello doctor, last two months I am having some negative thoughts like death fear and anxiety. Doctor prescribed nexito10 mg and petril md. But after three days I have stopped nexito since it has bad side effects and also petril MD. I am trying now Ayurveda my symptoms now reduced little but I am having sleep problems now. Kindly advice what should I do.
