Hello, I am a 34 years old female, I have chest pain/chest discomfort/shortness of breath/skipping beats/ palpitations/anxiety from last 1 year. Done all the tests include stress echo/ecg/blood tests include lipid/thyroid/lft/kft etc. And all tests came fine. I am slight anemic and vitamin d deficit, I want to know that the problems I am facing related to anxiety or heart? My body weight is 54 and I am not smoking, not alcoholic.

Your tests are normal. There is no cardiac risk factors associated with you. More likely your symptoms are non cardiac. Still you can get holter done for palpitations and skipped beats.
