I am spinal cord injuries patient level d6, d7, d8. I am suffering from 4 years and I am also suffering from scoliosis. When I stands with support of walker then my waist cramps left side so I can't stand straight. Then, please advise me what should we do.

You need to undergo MRI and CT spine scoliosis protocol. Then you will need a neuro or a spine surgeon with experience in deformity correction to evaluate your back. And plan the necessary treatment. It could be conservative management i.e. Exercises and physiotherapy or surgical correction of the deformity.
