I have been prescribed cilnidipine tab (Nexovas) 10 mg bid with telmisartan 40 mg bid. I have been taking this for last couple of years. But lately ankle swelling is severe. Can you please advice an alternate combination. Thanks and regards.

Contact your physician to check it is side effects of your medicines or some other problems. For swelling limb elevation is must also start ankle stretching exercises. Also increase water intake.
