Now I am running on regular basis every morning for 1.5 or 2 km and walk 1+km and I do cut my amount of food intake during night to 3 roti and I am drinking the neem water by boiling the Neem leaves twice in a week in empty stomach. Now please suggest me if I am going wrong somewhere in the whole process. And please let me know the benefits of neem I drink :Thank you docs.

Regular walk and limiting calories in dinner is good, try taking more proteins in the daytime rather than night, take vegetables and soup in the night time. Neem is blood purifier, antiseptic,and it increases bowel movement too.
