Hey. Had an angioplasty done on 5th of april 2018 have started to walk close to 3 km a day at a steady pace of 4.5 km an hour. What are the precautions I need to take. Noted that I am a hardcore NV'rian. Also I stopped smoking but the craving has increased. please help.

The only precaution is to reduce the speed of your walk to 2/3 rd or half your previous speed and to stop immediately if you have symptoms like angina or dyspnoea. We have a protocol for smoking cessation. Consult in private
